Can't find where this wire connects to?

So I'm having a bit of an issue, I was running a wire from the engine bay to the center counsel and when I pulled on the wire it was snagged on a plug that may or may not have been plugged in. Now I don't know where it plugs in, I've searched online but as expected I found no results. I also looked in the chiltons but the electrical area is a little useless when you don't know what it does. Help heres a pic if it helps at all. If anyone knows what it goes to please any pictures and detail where it goes would be awesome. Thanks guys in advance.

Re: Can't find where this wire connects to?

So in my search as to where this wire connects to, I also found a broken/cut vacuum line without a home. What is this and why does it have a vacuum line below it that is cut/broken?

and here is where the cable goes to from the filter looking thing.

Thanks guys and I still haven't found the wire connector...

The vacuum line that goes to that cylinder thingy, is that important or no?

Re: Can't find where this wire connects to?

Are you using cruise control? Why is it even in there. Causes issues with throttle opening and stuff. The vacuum line is import if you're using it. I believe that's what it actually uses to suck the piece open/close to move the throttle plate IIRC. It's all needed though yes if using CC.
