Need TDS Keyless Entry Programming Instructions...

I currently have a TDS keyless entry remote for my Toyota 4Runner with FCC ID # of ELVAT56 and I am looking to get a new remote. I have found one online, but first I want to know if it will be programmable to my current TDS security system. The FCC ID # on the remote I am looking to buy is ELVAT8E. Can anybody help me?

Also, could anybody help me with programming instructions if I purchase this new remote? When I bought the 4Runner the keyless entry remote was already programmed and the owner whom I'm going to purchase the remote from does not have programming instructions.

If anybody could help me with these two questions I would be greatly appreciative.

Can this poster (or anyone) let me know where they bought remote FCC ID ELVAT8E? I need one as well. I'm unable to find a reference in the FAQ concerning this remote. Thanks.
