can i run flow master mufflers on 04 ss sc
if so would they be too loud .or do i have to retune the car. 04 indy special 3.8 sc

Yes, you can run them. No, you wouldn't have to retune anything.
Whether it would be "too loud" or not, well, that's just your preferance
