how to replace light bulbs200 astro?

hi all I have a 2000 conversion van and need to replace a brake light bulb.
I cant see if it is done through the inside or by removing thr outside lens.
It is a MARK III conversion and the inside is all upholstered.
The outside screws are in the door jamb and cannot be reached.
Please help if you can.

Open the rear doors, use a long phillips screwdriver. Two screws in each taillight assembly. Rotate the taillight assembly outward to release the tabs from the body, replace the bulbs. About 5 minutes per side.
