car wont start

i have a 92 chysler 3.8.. runs awhile and stops.. i spray starting fluid in the throtle body it runs.. took the fuel pump out of tank and it checks ok runs when jumped.. what else can cause this problem. how do i check the sensors on the throtle body?

Have the exact same problem with my 89 lebaron.
