misfire

i have a 2004 nissan frontier has misfire on #1 cylinder have replaced plugs/wires/dist cap/ rotor and swaped injectors to no avail still sets miss fire on cyl 1 need help please

Have you checked the injector wires. They sometimes get messed up at the plug. Also check the pick up in the disributor.
