Headlights dont work Brights do

My headlights arnt working but my brights are. I have replaced everything from the bulbs to the fuses, relays and the switch. Is there anything else to look for or check or is my last resort the hard wiring. If so does anybody know where to get a free wiring diagram?

Thanks!
