Headlights dimming/rattling while driving

Hey all, don't really know how to explain this, but I am out of ideas. When I am driving (at night of course), I can tell my lights are shaking or cutting out very quickly. I can see it flickering very fast from bumps... Can tell by the differences in the pavement, or especially when I am behind another car from the reflection of their license plate. I have two 04 GPs here, I even switched the headlights from the other car, and I get the same issue. When I switched the headlights, I even moved the bulbs to eliminate those as the culprit (just disconnected the light w/ bulbs intact). Now, the light itself doesn't seem move much, but I'm not sure if something is broken. On my GTP the lock is a white plastic thing, on the GT2, it's a big black metal L bracket. I've ordered some Silverstars to replace the low and high beams as another option. Also, I don't seem to notice the problem when using high beams?

Weird... Any input would be great, thanks guys!

This is an old issue pertaining to the flickering/bouncing headlamps on the '04 models. The dealer has a fix available. See link below.

Thanks... I called the dealership, they have no idea what the part does or how to assist me with putting it on. Man, the dealership here sucks bad. Anyhow, I ordered the part, it's $33.00. Is there any online walkthrough on how to do this? I honestly can't get anything from this place. While talking to the service department, as soon as I said I needed info about how to fix this part, he immediately transferred me to parts, where they can't help me with service. Love my car, hate the service.
