Fuel gauge

Okay Quick question. I just replaced my fuel pump and ever since I replaced it the Fuel gauge has been very slow. Is there anyway to fix this? maybe a new gas cap?

Re: Fuel gauge

I'm having the same problem. The gauge says half a tank but 3 gallons fills it up and it takes a few blocks before the gauge does come up. I replaced the cap that didn't fix the problem. Oh, my fuel pump was replaced last week.
