Starter problems 99 Chevy Prizm
I have changed the starter and the battery but still won't start.. barely even a faint click. Also realized that in spite of new battery, headlights aren't coming on, although parking lights DO. Are these problems tied somehow? Thinking ignition switch is next thing to change.. help???
