04 Silhouette wipers on high only
Can someone tell me if there's a wiper control board under the hood for the wipers and where it is located? The wipers on our 2004 Silhouette only work on high. The started being intermittent for a day or two and wouldn't park properly but now they only work if set to the high speed position. I've had a similar problem on a Cavalier and fixed it by simply cleaning the contacts on the wiper control board so I wanted to try and do the same thing on the Silhouette before taking it to the dealer. Tks!

Check over on the Pontiac Transport forum. I just fixed mine last week. Simple resoldering job once you get the wiper motor off. See the photos there.
The wiper delay circuit board is bypassed on HIGH. GM should be forced to recall ~6 million vehicles with these defective boards instead of the 1.5 million they were forced to.
