96 3.5 just dies sometimes

Okay It is a 96 intrepid 3.5 with 109000 milees runs dives good but will just cut off sometimes usualy will start back up sometimes have to wait. It ran code primary coil voltage the first time so I checked ccoil and auto shut down relay their alright then it gave another code about loss of battery power this last time it died. Sometimes when it dies it will turnover sometimes it just clicks. Are these things bad on the harnesses going bad or maybe the ignition switch circuit? Any help is appreciated.

you could also have a short somewhere, if it shows a severe drop in battery power, then its a safe bet it might be a short. you also might want to check the voltage regulator, it might be on it's last leg. i would check the battery, ignition switch, ignition coil, voltage reg. solinoid, ect. and worry about the codes later.
