major problem with an 01 Jetta

Hi

I have a big problem with my 2001 volkwagen Jetta gl 2.0. I have no heat in this car since saturday dec 8 plus
I am having many problems along with the following codes.

P1255- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Short To Ground
P1128- Long Term Fuel Trim B1 System Too Lean
P1256- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Open/Short To Positive
P0134- O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0102- Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit low Input
P0131- O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0301- Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P1296- Multi-faults - Bank 2 - With Low Side Shorts

I have replaced the O2 sensor in bank 1, the temp sensor and the termostat. the only things I can think of is a very bad air lock in the system or the sensor that is on the coolant resvoir, maybe the water pump but I do not want to go there.

If anyone could offer any suggestions it would be very helpful and thank you in advance.
