2000 Dakota Thermostat

Where do i find and access the thermostat on a 2000 Dakota with a 4.7 Liter Magnum V-8?

If you look between the AC Compressor and the Alternator, you should see the Thermostat housing. Should be easy to access it. Be prepared for a loss of coolant as anything that is in the Radiator hose will be lost all over the engine.

4.7 t-stat is located at the lower rad hose.

yep. it may be on the lower side of the block.
