95grand am blower motor problem

the heater blower is only working part time. all settings work when it does come on and the air is hot.could it be relay?

Welcome to AF.

Yeah I'd check the fuse/relay .
You might also pull the motor out and check it for anything that would block it from workin- ie leaves, mice....
