Chrome rocker panel

Does anyone know the GM part number for the chrome rocker panel for a 2 Door 1982 Caprice?

two more questions:
1. anyone know what i need to remove the hub caps for an 82 caprice? I heard theres a special tool?

2.On my speedometer it shows "P RND321" but I can only shift it into all the position except 1 can someone help me with this?

It should be RND321... either way, you say it's not going to the end. Odds are you have a different transmission that what was originally installed. If it was a four speed the you probably had the 700-R4 or the smaller 200 version. Now you may have the TH-350, or TH-400. Drive it and count how many times it shifts, starting with the one your begin in at take off as 1st.
