1988 turbo coupe t-bird/turbo problems

I am not getting any boost from the turbo. The fans are turning. The meter is not reading. I am ignorant when it comes to turbos. Help!

Are you sure your not getting any boost? Is the guage working? Do you hear the turbo? Do you feel a loss of power?
