Vacuum leak, check the vacuum lines by spraying carb cleaner on them and see where it tries to die, I suggest changing them all anyways cause once you fix one youll find another one going bad soon.

surges repeatedly? like repeated throttle blips? IACV. all hondas have them go bad at some point.
