|
best way to make silvers with colored pencils?
im going to attempt this as my next WIP
 ive only done two color drawings, so im still new to this. What colors would best replicate the silver in this camaro?

greys with lots of other colors.. blues greens reds.. everything you have
just try it on a separate piece of paper and see what color works for you, its easier and faster than asking and waiting for a reply Jin

i have issues with silver. as u can see. i just drew the ground brown and made it reflect. i guess its a shortcut. im what u call a "Lazy" artist lol. good luck btw. let us see it when u do it. i looking forward 2 it.

try doing a dulled down version of chrome. If u use green grass/blue sky with other coloured cars such as red cars, the grey should be the same, just like girlbears drawing, but a bit less standy outy
