Engine Codes 04 Pacifica

We have an 04 Pacifica. Check engine light used to come on once in a while and then go back off after a day or two. It's been on for the past couple of weeks now and hasn't gone out. The codes are P0440 and P0441. Anyone have any ideas where I might start troubleshooting so I can resolve this? Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
