Clio indicator fault

Hi all,
My first post.
I'm posting on behalf of my brother whom owns a 03 Clio 1.5 DCI. He bought his car from Evans Halshaw six months ago & came with 2 years warranty. After owning his car for around 3 months an indicator fault occurred. He took it back & Evans Halshaw whom said that their warranty doesn't cover electrical faults (big help). Anyway basically his right side indicators don't work at all. If you indicate right, only the left indicators work. Hazards work fine.
Any idea's? I was thinking a possible faulty relay, does anyone know where they're located?
Just been on Autodata 2, have found out which relay it is. Where's the fuse box/relay board located?
