Best Sub For MTX Thunder 702 amp?

I have the MTX 702 amp (210 watts RMS power bridged) and am looking to replace my recently blown cheap-ass 10" sub. I would like to buy an MTX but I don't have to.

The only requirements are that it's ten inches. Any suggestions?

What kind of bass do you want? 200 watts isn't that much power.

"Melo" and "AI". Enough said.

Re: Best Sub For MTX Thunder 702 amp?

You're right, it isn't. A meager 72 Decibels (max) is just fine for me.

I'm not one of those people who has to announce to the world that I'm driving through their suburb.

I don't listen to rap or metal. (except Sevendust) Usually you can find Ace of Base or Tower of Power in my CD player. Anyway, 200 Watts is plenty for me.

I prefer sound quality over SPL or volume. Just because I don't want anyone else to hear my bass doesn't mean that I don't.

I'd just buy an Alpine Type R. Terrific sound quality sub for the price.
