PA cutting out when driving
Hi Guys, sorry im not going to be able to put much info about the actual car as it is my uncles, however periodically when driving, the car just cuts out. All the dash lights come on, and he just shifts it to neutral and restarts and it will run fine until the next time.
Is in barbados so there are no GM guys here to diagnose. ANy ideas or suggestions on what it could be or the first place we should start looking? Thanks |

Re: PA cutting out when driving
Have your Uncle disconnect the battery cables, remove the bolts and rubber boots then clean the ends of the battery cables with sandpaper or a wire brush. It's very important to remove the rubber boot so he can clean where the two cables come together. Apply some dielectric grease to help prevent future corrosion & reasemble. Very common problem. Let us know if this helps or not.
