92 Olds Bravada - Wont start

I have a 92' Oldsmobile Bravada and i have spark, fuel, and it still wont fire off and i have replaced the CPI, i have replaced all my fuses and yes i tried cheking for halve of the fuse panal not working. also i cant fine the Crankshaft sensor on my vortec the dealer said that it had one but i can find it PLEASE help

The '92 did not have a crankshaft sensor, so don't bother looking for it. You say you have spark and fuel, sol thats a start. Have you checked your fuel pressure? You have to have minimum pressure for the fuel system to operate properly and inject fuel into the cylinders. So I'd say first thing is to check fuel pressure and compare it to the required specs.

Just like Blazes says,
Borrow or buy a fuel pressure test kit at your local auto parts store.
You need to see 55psi or better when you turn the keyswitch on.
Here's where you check the fuel pressure.
