Power Mirror Assembly?

Hi, I have a Dodge Dynasty, trying to convert it from power mirrors to power heated memory mirrors. Let me worry about the electrical wiring and computers. I have the new mirrors, but they're the chrome ones from a New Yorker and the chrome is shot. Can anyone tell me how to properly remove just the mirror glass from the mirror housing without breaking the mirror or the fragile plastic parts behind the mirror glass? So I can take the guts out of the new mirrors and put them in mine. One of the mirrors I got from the junk yard actually had the glass removed already, I found it inside the car, it appears unbroken. But I can't figure out how to do it myself. Any help? Thanks!
