Spraying MY Z

Hey guys Im new to this Fast car stuff always been a truck guy, I recently bought a 1999 Z-28 its bone stock for now but not long. My question is I have already ordered long tube headers, y pipe, single chamber flow, also a slp airbox lid and KN. Im wanting to spray the car and was thinking about the ZEX kit is it a good one? I was thinking of it because of the way it installs looks easier, also how big of a shot can you run on a stock motor and not hurt it, I was thinking of a 100 shot, any input would be greatly appriciated thanks.

Re: Spraying MY Z

any nitrous will have an adverse effect on the engines longevity.

that being said, i'd recommend a 2-stage nitrous setup.
stage 1 would be a "push to pass" stage, and stage 2 would be used for all out power.

i wouldnt go over 125 or so on stock internals and i wouldnt spray for more than 10 seconds at a time

zex is sweet i run TNT..they build your kit to spec..meaning they buid it custom to your set up...ill have to send u pics of my kit..ill add my email,anyhow..no matter what kit u have..on a stock bottom end ( with no forged internals) i wouldnt put more than a 100-120 shot.. i thnk its 20shot per cylender or sum shit, but more than a 120 is pushing it. as far as easy to do yourself...i gotta say..they are all a bit of work!! just do your HW and down load directions from the NET to hel u decide what u feel like going through lol. anyhow email me [email protected] ill share sum pics with u and show u the set up..... any questions u have ill help u best i can......i have had N2o on 2 cars now... so i think i know whats going on lol

you should think about getting some forged internals before going with the whole nitros kit setup. its always good have all forged internals so you can handle the abuse your about to dish out on your engine also you can do more then the 100 shot with the forged internals but this might be your get around car idk if so i dont suggest juicing it just yet. Do your homework on it
