92 trans cooling lines

the have been leaking were rubber meets meatal, Can i cut them off and replace with a rubber line and some hose clamps? Thanks if so does any one know what size hose that is? 3/8 fuel line work???

Yes, but you must use specific trans cooler hoses or hydraulic hose.
