Will a tranny from a 1.8L GS motor fit onto a 2.0L motor?

ok, so is there a n/t and a turbo tranny? What would be the best thing for me to do.
Rebuild my 1.8? turbo it? buy and rebuild a 2.0L n/t? buy and rebuild a 2.0L turbo? or you can just give me ideas on the best way to get alot of power, and the lowest cost possible.
