EGR valve 1992 lesabre limited

Hi again, well i am giving my car a tune up, and i can't seem to find the EGR valve. does this car even have one? 3800 series. i looked on the internet they seem to sell them. also heard that 92s didn't have EGR valves. any suggestions?

To get to it remove the plastic piece on the top of your intake manifold that says "3800" on it. Directly below the plastic screw holder that you had to unscrew to get the plastic shield off is the EGR. It is underneath the piece of metal held in place by three 10mm bolts. Remove them, replace the EGR valve and gasket and then put it back together the way it was.
