anyone know anything about the fish carburetor

I have 3 fish carburetors that I bought new in 1995. We put them on our farm trucks and then took them off after awhile. They worked good except when ever it rained the throats on them would freeze up. I have 2 of them for a 4 barrel big block and one of them is for a 2 barrel engine. What are they worth,

Re: anyone know anything about the fish carburetor

up to $350 on ebay, and new in box can go for $800 when they show up. the manuals alone go for $10 to $15. here's an interesting thread about them: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/s...d.php?t=215366

i used to have one on my 65 mustang before i restored it to stock and it worked great, it got rid of that almost stalling feel that fords had coming off the line.
