98 passport idle shut down after 7o k of running after a computer reset
Im about had it. Need help. passsport 133k. car keeps getting irratic idle and eventualy shut down. I would need to manually hold the idel. After resetting the computer it would last for 70 miles. The car runs like new no power loss, no signs of IMG leaking. I replaced EGR and cleaned pipes with sea foam, cleaned map with electronic cleaner and q tip. Fuel filter changed. Any guess.

Has the IMG ever been replaced?

i got the truck at 16 k. It was never changed with me. If it was that wouldnt it run like crap after reseting the computer since it would be like a vacum leak?
