Thumbs up Project DX 4 door

hey guys. i am in the middle of planning my project. i plan to do a complete hydro stick conversion i am sure its bolt in because my car has all the mounts and holes drilled and tapped already for the new pedal tree and all the nice little parts for all the clutch pieces. i plan on builden a ls motor that is droped to 8.5:1 comp. ratio and all the internals pos. with a turbo kit. everything done. fuel spark motor. i want to hit 16-18 psi more like 16 when i race and 10-12 on street. i have done swaps before and tons of work to motors and such but does any body have any pointers on what i should look out for. any info would be great.

1. the auto to manual conversion is not a bolt in affair. you have to cut out the tranny side mount bracket and reposition it. you will need to weld a manual version bracket in it's place.

2. keep the compression stock

3. don't aim for a boost setting, aim for a power goal

4. be prepared to spend some dough unless you want cheap parts...I have a setup for sale if you're interested. It's in teh classifieds section
