Change some boots?

My current wip is a Melandri Spiderman figure, but I'm using a 2005 Rossi Minichamps figure rather than the msn kit form one,

My problem arrises with the boots, the Rossi figure has the 'boots in' style, and I need 'boots out'

I have an Airfix 1/12 figure with the correct boots, is there any way of making a mould of them and grafting some boots onto the rossi figure?

All suggestions welcomed

Re: Change some boots?

No way of just cutting the right ones off the Airfix figure and putting them onto the Minichamps one?
But if you want to keep that for future purposes that's probably not the way to go. You can always mold them off in resin (think there are a how-to in the how-to-section), or just try and rework the existing boots with putty.
