This is a simple turbo how to just thought up by me a few minutes ago. Sorry for the lousy diagram, i don't have very good programs.
1) Make a loop from aluminium rod, insert another rod into it 2) tighten the loop 3) Putty the gap in the loop 4) Cut the part and replace kit part. I don't know how to make a blow off valve or a wastegate. I m not a car expert. Hope this tip helps. OOps the diagram is in bmp and i can't put it up, sorry.

Some months ago there was an interesting thread on making turbos out of toy hair dryers. I can't seem to find that thread now. Has it been deleted?
