Brake grinding issues

Hello new to the forum but been checking out the forum for couple of months now.

Anyway I own 03 outlander for almost 5 years now, great car never have a problem with anything until now.

Recently had my front brake pads and rotors change and everything seem fine until about a week later the brake starts to make a very light grinding nose with a bit of squeal everytime brake is lightly applyed whening coming to a slow complete stop.
The pads/rotor are new so those should'nt be a problem. The cars don't pull to any side when applying on the brakes, and the brake peddle seems fine when steping on it. There is however a very good amount of black dust on my front wheels, but more of it to the right side. Can this be from incompatible ceramic brake pads or what?

Anyways had the brake recheck and everything seems fine but I am still hearing the grinding nose.
Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
L.J
