Washer pump 01
Anyone ever changed out the washer pump (motor) on these cars? My wife has an 01 and the washers don't work. Fuses seem fine, wipers are fine, but no washer. The reservoir is down by the wheel well and looks to be a bugger to get at. Any secrets or shortcuts?

Re: Washer pump 01
I believe there is a filter on these. Check the filter first.

The system is not frozen is it? Mine have been freezing up on me lately.

Re: Washer pump 01
My pump died over the summer and rather than bothering with removing the bumper, I just let the dealer steal $80 for parts and labor to get the job done.

Re: Washer pump 01
The front bumper oddly enough isnt that hard to remove. Its just somewhat time consuming.
But...isnt the washer fluid pump accessible from the engine bay?
