Compass HELP - PLEASE!!!!

Okay guys! I'm a dumb girl in need......I pushed the reset button on my 2006 Jeep Liberty Limited overhead compass now it says I need calibrate. How in the world do I do that???? Of course, I have no owner's manual to help me out!!!!! Please help someone!!!
