No, not yet. It is the poorly shaped Hasegawa reissued with new decals.

But it doesn't have the moldedni glass of the Tamiya kit and I think that it also corrects the air ducts.

Hi

I just got it, curbside, but Cartograf decals and the quality of the parts seems ok, there are worse ways to spend 18€.

Not crappy, not crappy at all...

About the decals; the 'racing' ones that used to be Smokey ones...

I wonder, are old cars allowed to have smokey decals (when displayed in musea)???

I remember reading something about this that it wasn't the case for all cars, does anybody know more?

Nice to see it's molded in white. I wish Revell had included the BBS wheels rather than the Speedlines. I think the Mercedes C9 comes with the BBS wheels though. As I said above the kit is the old Hasegawa tooling which has good points and bad points. The fact that the glass is separate and the radiator intakes are deep is nice but the shape of the front bodywork and side windows is off. It does build up OK, see my build of the Hasegawa kit below. I'll buy a couple regardless of it's faults.

Bigfrit, to answer your question... From what I've heard, sadly that's not the case. Apparently even the red&white MP4's had to be taken from the museum and the "offending" lettering removed.

I've seen this one in Austria in the Porsche museum in Gmünd:

Don't know if they have taken some decals off it.

Re: Anyone seen the Revell of Germany 962C yet?NT

This is the IMSA Porsche 962 Prototype that ran at Daytona. It set the pole, but didn't finish. It had no sponsor. If you'll look toward the tail you'll notice that the top goes straight out and there is a hump/scoop with five slots. The tail for these were roughly based on the 956. I can't remember if this was a new chassis or one based on a 956 as all they really did was move the front arms forward six inches.
