backflip
Id like to learn to do a backflip. what should I be able to do before i attempt this? is a wall flip easier? i know i need a spotter.

I once watched a friend of mine try to teach another friend how to do one. He spotted him, used his hands on the jumper's chest & back of his knees to make sure he rotated all the way around. It was on firmish beach sand with the jumper facing slightly uphill to make the fall back down to the ground a little bit longer.
The sand made for a softer landing, the spotter helped and the guy got pretty close, but still ended up breaking his ankle. Have fun!
