Running Board Advice..

1994 Silverado Ext. Cab Step Side with Conversion package. I have the truck in the paint shop and can't decide if I should leave the running boards/ground effects off or not? I'm going two tone, Blue on Silver. The truck is white now. With 15x10's the ground effects look ok, but if I later decide to go 20's or 22's, the ground effects might not look so great. I know someone has being in this situation already.
