heater blows cold when idling

Why does my 2005 Nissan Altima blow cold air when idling even tho controls set to heat and blows warm air when driving?

Have coolant system checked and Bleed properly. Altima's heat is very sensitive to air pockets in coolant system. Especially at Idle!.. GL
