Sunroof Issue

I was attempting to install power to a sat. radio and connected to the aux wire for the sunroof right by the switch. Afterwards there was no power to the sat radio and the sunroof no longer worked. I had the sunroof open and was able to close it but the acc wire used for opening was no longer powered when the ignition was on. I went through every fuse and there is not a single blown one. The windows still work just fine and I thiught that they were on the same fuse. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
