Brightest head light bulbs/fog lights possible parralle with

I have a question..all suggestions and answer are appreciated.

I own a chrysler 300M/2000 year..in the process in upgrading the vehicle.

I'am looking for the the brightest bulbs for my headlights and foglights to parralle in brightness.

I have spoken to several vehicle shops and research the net..I have received varies suggestions which are confusing.

Some say Xenon bulbs or hyper whites bulbs..However, I'm not looking for any bulbs that have a slight blue tint to them upon appearance once installed. Just the brightest bulbs and fog lights bulbs to accomodate my 300M..Plus where to purchase them.. either on the net.. or in the Virginia-DC-Maryland areas.
