Angry 318 problem

1992 318iS, after market turbo setup....i was driving down the road and i suddenly lost power...car stopped....no throttle response....nothin....gas was good...tried jumpin in.....it wouldn't turn back over.....im new to the world of bimmers and i have no clue what to do....any help would be great...
