very high idle

I just replaced the head gasket on my 95 cav 2.2 because of coolant tank overflowing, loss of coolant,and overheating. All is well now excopt engine now idles extremely high and I cant figure out why. Any suggestions on where to look? THANKS.

Re: very high idle

You probably missed hooking up a vaccuum line. Look around for hoses that dont go anywhere and listen for a hissing sound.
