needed to know how to change the turn signal bulb on my cousins car...before she heads back home 300 miles away...it is the parking/turn signal bulb...i am assuming you have to remove the panel, but didn't want to mess anything up if that is not how to do it. thanks

Check the owners manual -- they usually tell you how to change the all of the exterior bulbs.
