getting codes on a 91 skylark

i need to check the check engein codes on a 91 skylark i been working on. it runs fine on starting fuild. but the 3300 wount start or crank (one when i trun the key if i jump the seilnoid it turn just fine)

history of this car

been siting for 12 years
was in a front end colstion. but im bend everthing back in to shape (the frame wasnt bent i check that)

Codes wont' help with this, 12 year old gas, good luck!, check for fuel pressure, get the old gas out best possible, new fuel, this assumes you have FP, if not the tank is coming out anyway. As far as the cranking check for current at the solenoid, if none trace back thru the trans neutral switch and ign switch, check all the master fuses. No quick answer here, you must go thru the basic diagnostics for both problems.
