Question 1999 Voyager Electrical issues

Last night as I was installing a new radio into my 1999 Grand Voyager one of the wires from the harness touched a peice of metal and popped something. Trouble is, I can't seem to find it.

The radio gets no power, the interior lights and door locks don't work unless key is turned in the ignitian. Radio never gets power, but the other two things work when the van is on. I've checked the fuses for Radio, as well as accessories and can't seem to find a burned one either under the hood or in the fuse box inside the van. Any ideas?
