Convertion decals for Tyrrell 020 to 019?

I have the Tamiya Braun Tyrrell 020 and I want to know if there are any after market decals to convert it into the 019 raced by Jean Alesi? They seem to be the exact same shape with different liveries.

Not quite the same, but close enough.....

Also, the 020 was tested in the previous years livery before the Braun deal was signed.....

Studio27 did a sheet a year or two back that covered the Braun car and the 'Test' livery that you're after....
