LIM Items
I am doing the infamous LIM Gasket replacement this weekend and I wanted to make sure I got all the parts I need. I am changing the thermostat,spark plugs and wires as well at this time.
I have: items: upper and lower intake gaskets (inlcuded in GM kit) intake manifold bolts (included in GM kit) hi temp gasket sealer thermostat and gasket spark plugs and wires (w/ anti seize) coolant oil and filter Tools: Gasket scrapers torque wrench typical sockets/screwdrivers etc. Is there any other tools or items I may need or want to change while I am doing this procedure? This is my everyday car and I would rather take care of as much as I can at one shot while the motor is torn apart. The engine has 75,000 miles on it.

depending on which side on the intake is leaking if both i would change the water pump. i let my go too long and need a water pump for it now
